"We chose Nolan's Roofing after doing a lot of talking and reading of reviews. We have been saving to get the roof done, and it was high time, as the last roof was put on 28 years ago. We are absolutely thrilled with the work, quality of materials, the very hard-working crew and their attention to details.

We had an unusual request: to insulate the steep-pitched roof of our gabled 1940 home. It's a story and a half, so the roof actually acts like the walls for the second story. There is no heat or air conditioning up there. On hot summer days, the second floor where we sleep broils, and in the winter it is terribly cold. The new insulated roof has made an incredible difference in our home. When it was nearly 85 degrees out, the upstairs was pleasant in temperature, and not hot at all. As a result the rest of the house remained cooler too. We feel confident that winter will be a similar experience in comfort. Because the house is older, there were several places on the eaves where the wood had to be replaced. The insulation 'raised' the roof, and they installed venting, and flashing. The workmanship and attention to details (such as flashing over the protruding new eaves) is so wonderful to see. When the house painter came, he was very impressed with the finishing work, and said he often does not see that attention to the details. The crew was lead by Edgar, and the other crew members were Fernando, Hector, Christian and Kylar. They were very friendly and helpful, and had an excellent work ethic. (The owner should be proud of this team!) They seemed proud of their company, and the finished work. They roofed the house, garage and gazebo. The house was an unenviable job because of the pitch of the roof and number of gables, but the crew eagerly met the challenge!

Overall, it was an amazing experience and we love the result. I can't recommend this company enough!!!"

"I just had my roof replaced by Nolan's Roofing. I am very pleased I went with Nolan's. Even though some reviewers say their prices are on the higher end, I found their rates completely competitive. Plus they were able to schedule me far earlier than others I talked to. The staff were very nice--including the wonderful front person, Meli. I was very impressed with the clean-up. And I had one small issue--they were completely responsive and took care of it right away. I highly recommend them."

"We contracted with Nolan Roofing about three years ago to replace our roof with a metal roof. They may not be the least expensive, but the quality of their workmanship and follow up to any problems, makes them worth the price. We just reported a leak to them, and they sent out a crew the next morning. We also had them do some additional work when we added on an addition, and the work was excellent. It is reassuring to know that if a problem occurs they will get right on to it."
